Administration- office
- Organize the implementation of office administrative work, clerical, communication and information confidentiality in the company.
- Managing corporate legal records.
- Support for Board of Directors in handling administrative procedures, local administrative issues (labor registration, temporary residence registration, ...).
Human Resources:
- Checking monthly payroll, payslip make annual reports
- Handling of industrial relations issues.
- Carry out disciplinary measures for employees disciplinary violations.
- Maintain the implementation of the rules and regulations of the employees in the company, creating a professional and safe working environment.
- Develop, update information, draft and complete documents, processes, regulations, policies, ... and control the implementation.
- Stand out directly or coordinate with relevant departments to resolve internal conflicts, labor disputes, ...
Recruitment / training / policy
- Ensure that the labor contract and documents related to labor relations are established in accordance with the provisions of law, kept and ready for reference when necessary.
- Ensuring human resource needs for all departments in the company.
- Develop, update, review, and follow up company policy, procedure and regulation.
Security, labor safety, fire prevention and labor hygiene:
- Work with authorities to solve problems related to labor, occupational safety, labor hygiene, environmental sanitation and fire safety, ...
- Monitor and activities on health, safety and environment affairs.
Be in charge of implementation of customer assessments:
- Plan training and organize training sessions for employees on customer standards, labor laws, fire prevention, first aid, medical examination and treatment, etc.
- Carry out inspections and preparations for customers to come to assess the factory.
- Contact, reply to customer emails, make reports, fill out forms according to customer requirements.
- Establish, implement and maintain a system of compliance with standards according to the minimum requirements of social responsibility for suppliers of customers.
- Establish and draft procedures and policies according to Vietnamese law, according to factory reality, accordingto customer requirements.
- Be in charge of receiving customers to assess aspects of social responsibility, labor, environmental health and safety.
