HR & Admin. Intern PPG Vietnam

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR intern to assist our HR & Admin. department with administrative and HR- related tasks.
As an HR & Admin Intern, you will perform:
- Administrative tasks such as assist in organizing company events, company trip, order and deliver stationaries, purchase and distribute gifts for employees, notary company legal document, manage correspondence, etc..
- HR Administrative tasks such as posting job ads on recruitment websites, assisting in Onboarding and Termination process, collect relevant documents for personal income tax (PIT) exemption and assisting with HR- related reports and employee queries. Participate in assigned projects

- Able to work full time from 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday in 6 months duration
- Good analytical and problem- solving skill, administrative and organizational skill, communication skill
- Have experience to organize events, design (birthday/ women day, etc..) cards is an advantage
- Last year or fresh graduated from university majoring Human Resources management
- Good in English, both of verbal and written
- Basic understanding of labor laws
