HR & Admin Manager

Plan, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage human resources (Recruitment, compensations & benefits, HR operation, HR system, internal discipline, labor management) Supervise, manage and implement all activities of the HR & GA Report, support and suggest to BOD to manage and handle issues related to HR & GA issues. Manage the company&039;s legal matters including contract signing and management, contact with related companies and law firms. Public relations activities such as dealing with government, building relationships with companies in the neighborhood, taking care of neighbors, and serving as a point of contact for problems. Update＆Improve rules/ regulations and procedures related to the Admin Department. Build up Labor Regulations and Collective Labor Agreements (coordinate with company Trade Unions). Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Organise employee engagement activities and events.
