Position Summary
The HR–Admin Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the company’s HR and
administrative functions, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, maintaining smooth

Key Responsibilities
HR Compliance & Processes
• Together with the Group HR Manager, ensure full compliance with Group policies,

• Collect and update employee information into the HRM software to ensure

Qualifications
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law and HR best practices.
• Minimum 2- 3 years of HR and/or office administration experience.
