JOB DESCRIPTION
Manpower planning:
Forecasting future business requirements.
Determining manpower requirement and manpower costing for the year.
Establishes the guidelines to plan for the appropriate type and number of employees, avoiding the cost of overstaffing or understaffing.
Developing an action plan.
Recruitment & selection:
Establishes the guidelines to get the right people with the right skills, at the right time and cost into the organization.
Establish recruitment and implementation plans that meet the demands for recruitment for all departments.
Track and monitor candidates’ progress as they advance through the recruitment and deployment process.
Compensation and Benefits (C&B):
Design and implement compensation and benefit programs and processes to meet the needs of the organization that aligns with company strategy.
Evaluates competitor compensation and benefits packages.
Works closely with management in solving compensation and benefit issues; Provides feedback on how existing programs are working.
Manage and control benefit implementation.
Implement and Follow up payroll system, labor contract management, and provide support to BOD on salary review, bonus scheme.
Build market competitive and fair compensation and benefits for a performance- driven culture.
Responsible for the creation, implementation and upkeep of all desktop procedures and controls in Benefits and Compensation.
Performance Management:
Increase employees’ accountability of their on- the- job performance.
Appraise and continuously monitor the performance of employees based on agreed performance objectives.
Create and utilize objective tools for measuring employees’ performance and success.
Create and implement performance appraisal initiatives that will.
Learning & Development:
Planning the training and development of employees to provide them with opportunities to acquire knowledge and skills in order to perform their work effectively and efficiently.
Building succession for key positions and talent retention programs.
Developing and Implementing a company learning Plan.
Develop employee’s potential, establish career objectives and understand career paths in the company.
Internal Communication:
IC by Internal Event, Internal Games, Internal content with Ms teams, Mail…
Build and Deploy IC planning.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Technology with the same job level.
Work and report directly to the Operation Manager.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from four- year college or university.
Has the ability to work independently, to think critically and strategically.
Is analytical with good problem solving skills.
Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
Shows leadership and a deep sense of responsibility.
Able to operate with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Has excellent organizational and project management/project implementation skills.
