HR & Amin Executive (At Least 2-3 Years of Working Experience) Sew-Eurodrive Company Limited

● Update and implement policies on salary, labor, social insurance of the State or the company for employees
● Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor
● Propose ideas and organize for internal activities/events such as monthly activities, monthly birthday parties & year- end party, Teambuilding, etc. in order to promote a good working environment and solid teamwork, uplift the team’s spirit.
● To make labor declaration reports and reports according to State regulations.
● Update and manage employee records
● Drafting and issuing decisions and notices of HR and the company
● Issuing, monitoring and extending labour contracts, issuing appendix of labour contracts; ensuring proper & prompt issue of the labour contract, the labour contract annexe,
● Execute recruitment & hiring arrangements.
● Regularly update state regulations and policies on social insurance law and labor law
●Support managers in appraisal process for staff
● Consulting/explaining employees&039; questions related to salary, insurance...
● Implementing policies related to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance for employees.
● Employees’ working time attendance, calculating salary, bonuses, annual leaves for employees; proposing payment of wages, bonuses, and allowances to employees
