HR And Admin Manager (English Or Korean Speaking)

Roles & Responsibility:
Works with the business to identify the company structure and tools that support higher employee productivity and performance.
Managing objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of team staff
Supports the development of a positive workplace culture that helps the company retain employees.
Identifies training and development programs that build employees’ knowledge and skills.
Job Description:
Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
Overseeing the payroll function
Build and develop a positive working culture and 5S working area
Training for all staff to ensure that employees follow the company rules & policy
Managing employee relations
Managing recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures
Setting, monitoring, and achieving HR targets
Leading the HR and administration team
Running the office and facilities management functions
Planning HR and administration activities annually

Qualifications: Bachelor&039;s degree, related majors
Experience: 5 years’ experience in a similar position
Knowledge: Understanding labor law
Skills:
Problem solving skills
Time management skills
Good at training skills
Must be good at English or Korean (4 skills)
Organizational planning ability
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven ability to multitask
Team leadership
Attitude:
Passionate & can work under pressure
Responsibility & ‘Can do” attitude
Proactive, positive and progressive

Bonus: Yearly Tet bonus + MBO bonus
Working time: 5 days/ week, from Monday- Friday

Review Salary: once time per year (for all staff who work from 6 months including probation time)
