Job Description:
• Support office- related paperwork, events and vendors coordination;
• Format and finalize prepared materials and coordinate basic updates for company media uses ;
• Manage scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements and personal executive tasks related to business activities as requested;
• Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.
• Draft contents for internal announcements and support basic external communications and personal brand;
Qualifications:
• Professional, responsible, proactive, and detail- oriented;
• Strong writing skills; Having a portfolio is an advantage;
• Willingness to learn about ERP/IT environment and internal 1C tools.
• High level of integrity and discretion in a professional setting;
• Experience with social media pages (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn) and simple design tools (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint) is a plus;
• Fresh graduates or candidates with under 2 years of experiences in similar roles are welcomed;
• Confident user of MS Office / Google Workspace;
• Native Vietnamese speaker with good command of English(speaking and writing); Basic Russian;
• Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent certificates;
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to multi- task and prioritize competing demands;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with team members;
