Develop and execute plans to timely hire the human resources when the organization requires:
Understand the Department’s needs, provide the right employees and the right jobs, and be in accordance with the company culture
Follow up with newcomers after recruitment to make sure they adapt fluently to the new team and environment
Ensure that new hires are properly onboarded, have access to necessary resources, and are introduced to the company’s culture and values
Manage and Execute full selection procedures, including phone screening, assessments, in- person interviews, and offers
Explain to candidates about the mission, vision, values, and specific job contents of the Hiring Departments
Develop hiring plans
Improve the company’s brand and secure talented young people:
Make plans to organize events with Colleges and Universities
Obtain students who can become effective employees through internship programs
Implement and attend seminars, events, job fairs, office tours, etc.
Develop and implement training and talent development strategies based on organizational goals and needs:
Collect feedback from employees and stakeholders, analyze and evaluate training results qualitatively, and improve continuously
Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars, or arrange external trainers to provide instruction to employees
Implement programs for the development of soft skills, such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem- solving
Develop and implement training programs and initiatives to help employees acquire new skills, improve existing ones, and adapt to changing job requirements
Create and update training curricula, materials, and content that align with the organization’s strategic goals and employee development needs
Select and develop future leadership candidates:
Design and execute leadership development programs to identify and develop future leaders
Execute the performance evaluation process and promote employee growth:
Provide training programs that encourage employees to improve their abilities
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of training and development programs, and measure their impact on employees’ performance
Strengthen employee engagement:
Strengthen employee engagement by providing opportunities for learning and skill development and an environment where employees can experience skill improvement
Others:
Foster employees’ collaboration
Develop and review HR’s Policies, Regulations, and Manuals
