HR Assistant (Talent Acquisition Focus)

Vulcan Labs is one of the largest publishers on the App Store and Android platforms. globally. We continuously develop and publish mobile applications focusing on new technologies such as AI on the way to conquering globally.

Responsibilities:

60% of the workload will be dedicated to Recruitment, which involves managing the recruitment process for Back Office position:

Manage recruitment assignments across non- technical fields (User Acquisition, Ad Monetization, Designer, Back Office,..), including strategy development and execution of targeted recruitment campaigns.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Build network via Linked in, Facebook, organize/attend job fairs and recruitment events to attract more candidate from different source and branding our company
Ongoing management of candidate information and the recruitment process on the internal recruitment system
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings. Propose new method/tool to verify candidate qualification

40% of the workload will involve HR tasks, including:

Others task that helps to office/event supporting
Be responsible for calculating timesheet every month and send to HR Manager to calculate salary for staff
Assisting the HR Manager with other assignments as required.
Follow and manage employee contract & termination documents, ensure all employee documents are complete, consistent, accurate, and following approved templates

Job requirement:

Detail & responsible with the objective
Good communication and interpersonal skills
0- 1 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition (experienced in mobile app/game studio is preferred).
Good at Microsoft Word/ Excel.
Sociable proactive, hardworking and fast- learning ability
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
