HR Compensation And Benefit - Senior Staff (JP)

Communicate with the clients via call, emails for clarifying the process or solution for special cases.
Correspond to Japanese employees&039; concerns related to Compensation & Benefit (C&B)
Input, update and maintain employee database (information of personal, family, employment, working schedule etc.) in HR system of Japan
Provide timely and accurate calculation of payroll, allowance and working information for all Japanese employees.
Other related duties as assigned.
Do effective root cause analysis for defects reported by the customer, and have mitigation measures.

English: intermediate
Good at Microsoft office, experience in dealing with large scale system such as ERP.
Experience in leader role for a team size > 5 members.
Strong interpersonal skill, detail oriented mindset, result- oriented mindset.
Passionate in HR development, especially in C&B
Japanese: N2
