Partner with the executive team to align workforce planning with business priorities.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in Vietnam.
Create innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent in Vietnam’s competitive job market.
Implement programs to enhance career development, leadership training, and succession planning.
Monitor and adapt to shifts in talent demands, ensuring workforce agility.
Champion a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation.
Design initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor in resolving workplace challenges while maintaining confidentiality and fairness.
Oversee HR operations, ensuring efficiency in payroll, benefits, and compliance systems.
Drive the adoption of HR technology and analytics to streamline processes and enhance decision- making.
Establish KPIs and use data- driven insights to optimize workforce productivity.
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and international regulations.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to employee relations and organizational policies.
Build strong relationships with external regulatory bodies and legal advisors.
Yêu cầu công việc
College or Bachelor’s degree.
Proven track record as an HR Director or Senior HR Manager, with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
Expertise in HR strategies, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
Experience with HR technology and data- driven decision- making.
Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and scale HR operations.
Background in diversity and inclusion, aligning with global HR trends.
Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Vietnamese, Chinese, and English.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday
Saturday: from 09:00 to 17:00.
Monday to Friday: from 08:30 to 17:30.
