HR Director/Manager in Haiphong plant (candidate must be fluent at English)
HR Director/Manager in Hatinh plant (candidate must be able to use Chinese)
• Provide leadership and support the Talent Acquisition Team in developing and implementing best practices for attracting top talents in line with requested timing for Battery Manufacturing, both expatriate and local.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
• Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
• Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
• Set up progressive HR policies, processes, and best practices that are compliant with local regulations and strengthen the organization’s employee value proposition
• Maintain in- depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day- to- day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Prepare and manage all the related reports
• Work with the executive leadership team to build and implement the organization’s continuity and succession plan through employee empowerment and engagement programs
• Track and analyze KPIs, insights and employee surveys to continuously improve our HR programs and initiatives, and inform business decision- makers
• Monitor and enhance employee engagement by organizational development initiatives
• Lead, develop and grow the Human Resources team to support growth initiatives across the organization

• Deep understanding of Vietnamese Labor law and relating updated regulations;
• Experience in using EPR software such as SAP is a strong plus;
• Very self- confident, negotiation skills, precise and well organized person;
• Professional Human resources management and development capability;
• Good relationship with local authorities;
• Good management, communication and problem- solving skills;
• Minimum 5- year experience in a similar role in multinational firms;
• Fluent in Chinese or English is a must;
• MBA/ or BA in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, Foreign Language or relating subjects;
• Ability to work under high pressure and workload;
• Able to communicate and coordinate well with staff including Vietnamese and international partners;
