Your primary responsibilities include:
Recruitment & Selection (40%)
●Design and implement overall recruiting strategies to ensure smooth operations;
●Obtain and assess reference checks of the candidates;
●In charge of onboarding new employees;
●Consult, advise, and guide department heads on the recruitment process, procedures, and policies to ensure smooth and proper implementation;
●Responsible for maintaining a good candidate experience throughout the company;
●Ensure the relevant HR database is up-to-date, accurate and complies with regulations.
Expats Mobility Support (30%)
●In charge of all aspects of Vietnamese immigration, including visas, entry permits, work permits, temporary residence card and other related legal documents for expats to enter and work in Vietnam;
●Provide consistent and clear communication with the expats during the entire relocation process, offering support, advice, and solutions whenever necessary;
●Independently manage vendor relationship to deliver premium employee experience and identify the best suppliers to work with;
●Provide consultation; develop strategies to reduce risk and provide creative solutions in a timely manner for complex immigrations issues;
●Pre-empt and escalate delays in work permit or visa related matters, to relevant hiring managers in order to enable them to resource plan more effectively.
Employee Relations & Other Human Resources (20%)
●Be a champion for company culture: get all staff invested in and contributing to our company culture, including: technical policies and procedures as well as our shared values and goals;
●Support in organizing trainings and internal events;
●Support offboarding process of employees, if occurred.
Other duties (10%)
●Complete reports and other tasks as assigned by HR Manager;
●Up to 10% of duties may fall outside of the JD to support ad hoc projects, cross
department activities, and growth initiatives.
You have...
These are the minimum requirements. We can't accept you in this role unless you have them all:
●At least 01 year experience of Human Resources in foreign companies, specifically in Recruitment (headhunting or in-house);
●Bachelor’s degree in top universities;
●Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;
●Competence at Microsoft office (Excel, Words, Power point).
●Strong belief and passion in good candidate experience;
●Proactivity and willingness to take ownership of the whole recruitment process;
●Good communication and organization skill;
●Strong teamwork ethics.
