We’re looking for HR & GA Executive who will support us in attracting talent and coordinating office activities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment
- Receive recruitment requests from departments and make recruitment plans
- Perform recruitment processes, such as: Posting job vacancies; Gathers and organizes job applications; Screening resumes; Scheduling and conduct initial interviews…
- Incharge in onboarding, welcome new employee, prepare welcomebox
- Manage recruitment budget
C&B
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, such as HR policies, SOP & and employee handbooks.
- Implement labor reports for management agencies quarterly and annually.
- Responsible for Employee Union- related issues
- Manage HR data, labor contract, termination, timesheet, annual leave and performance evaluations in the HR database
- Register tax code for employees
- New registration, notice of increase, decrease, sickness, maternity, guidance on unemployment insurance benefits for departing employees
- Handle employee inquiries and guide HR policies and procedures.
• General administration
- Travel Arrangements: Assist in making travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation for staff or guest.
- Manage the internal documents and cooperate with the accounting department for payment procedure.
- Perform general office tasks, such as managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence, organizing files and documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in Appling visa, work permit for expats or guest
- Working with external suppliers providing facility services (computers, entry card, name card, etc.)
- Assist in tracking expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining budget records.
Employer Branding activities
- Liaise with Representatives from Universities. Take initiative & Engage in Universities events
- Assisting in the planning of company social and networking events
- Support in planning/ preparing/ organizing creative ideas for employer branding activities
