Your key responsibilities are:
Talent Acquisition
Manage end- to- end recruitment processes for various roles (especially IT positions)
Support employer branding initiatives and internship programs
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and execute hiring strategies
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Support the development of C&B policies that align with company goals
Ensure timely compliance with labor- related reports and internal audit checks
Administer monthly timesheet, leave, insurance, and employee benefits
Employee Engagement & Culture
Coordinate team- building activities, events, and onboarding programs
Drive internal communication and engagement initiatives
Conduct employee surveys and support retention strategies
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law and company policies
Handle labor contracts, disciplinary processes, and exit formalities professionally
Maintain accurate employee records and HRM data
Your Skills and Experience:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Detail- oriented, proactive, and strong interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Hands- on experience in C&B operations and Employee Engagement programs
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist roles with a strong focus on Recruitment
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast- paced environment.
Solid understanding of Vietnam Labor Law and HR best practices
