Recruitment & Onboarding:
Guide new employees through onboarding, including.
Draft job descriptions (JD) based on hiring requirements.
Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates.
Post job openings and source candidates through various channels such as Vietnamworks, LinkedIn, Zalo, and Facebook groups.
Organize necessary work tools (laptops, accounts, etc.) for new hires.
Schedule interviews with line managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
Research market trends, update recruitment strategies, and apply best practices.
Provide support during the probation period (first two months) for new employees.
Build and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Prepare recruitment approval forms and offers for selected candidates.
Maintain and update recruitment reports regularly for the line manager.
Manage the full- cycle recruitment process for back- office positions and support PBPG hiring for the sales team.
Develop recruitment plans based on department requests.
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment vendors and agencies.
Internal Communication & Employee Engagement:
Year- End Party (YEP), Christmas, International Women&039;s Day (8/3), etc.
Promote company culture and support new employees in integrating into the team.
Plan and execute internal engagement events
Manage internal communication through channels like DingTalk and email.
Other tasks required by line manager.
Admin C&B:
Manage employee records and documentation.
Prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
Key Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in using recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English or Chinese.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
