JOB DESCRIPTION:
Recruitment (60%)
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports
Screen CVs and coordinate interview schedules
Prepare and manage offer letters; follow up on onboarding processes
Receive and analyze hiring requests from internal departments
Post job advertisements and source candidates via LinkedIn, Facebook, company website, and other channels
HR & Administration (40%)
Manage company assets and office supplies distribution
Support the organization of internal events and employee engagement activities
Assist with other operational and administrative tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Good English communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Strong communication and problem- solving skills
Proactive, detail- oriented, and able to work under pressure
2- 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or Recruitment roles, preferably in an IT company

Flexible working regime and health care:
