Job Summary
As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an HR Generalist who is proactive, detail- oriented, and interested in gaining hands- on experience across multiple HR functions in a fast- paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:

Communicate with candidates and ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience.
Support the end- to- end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

C&B Support:

Support HR processes such as probation tracking, contract management, and employee data management.
Maintain employee records and update HR documentation.
Assist in attendance tracking and support payroll preparation.

HR Admin:

Handle general HR administrative tasks when required.
Assist in internal HR communications and daily HR operations.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
● Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, preferably in FDI companies.
● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
● Comfortable working in a fast- paced startup environment.
● Detail- oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
● Feel at ease when communicating in English.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
