Must have:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain skilled professionals.
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and transparent evaluation processes.
- Optimization of recruitment channels, processes, costs & branding development
- Experience in salary system design and efficient personnel costs management.
- Design and organize engaging events to create a vibrant and happy workplace for our young talents.
- Identify areas for enhancement in HR processes and policies, driving positive change.
- Lead the recruitment process for diverse roles, ensuring a steady influx of top- tier talent.
- Design and manage a competitive salary system that aligns with industry standards and supports talent retention.

Qualifications:
