RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the administration of the payroll, monitor the HR budget in your scope and identify saving buckets.
Lead the HR strategy (type of contracts, industry standards, salary recommendations etc.) on a local level and in compliance with local regulations and HQ recommendations.
Be a role model of companies’ values.
Partner with our amazing Global HQ HR Team and Business Leaders, to develop and deploy everyday HR solutions.
Be an active member of the Global HR community, which is present in each and every affiliate, and provides strong expertise in Total Rewards, Talent Management & Acquisition
Roll out of the recruitment roadmap as a lead or support to other Vietnam Leadership members.
Be owner of the performance evaluations & reviews process
Establish proper HR culture to attract and retain talents at all levels of the company.
Be a strong advocate of internal mobility, as well as Diversity and Inclusion agenda, that you will boost through diverse channels together with your business leaders.
Provide HR best practices and processes’ roll out leadership, including, but not limited to, performance and talent management, training and development, staffing and recruiting needs, local compensation and benefits program, job grading support, labor relations, disciplinary matters upon need.
Provide proactive and strategic business partnering by understanding key business challenges and opportunities and proactively providing solutions to enable VIETNAM to achieve its growth objectives.
Roll out the engagement survey and foster the feedback culture.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities along with formal presentation and facilitation skills
The ability to navigate in a matrix environment, and challenge internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
Experienced in shaping solutions, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
The ability to work effectively in a fast- paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities.
Ideally, you have experience in the Pharmaceutical or Cosmetics Industry
You have experience in recruiting across the organization, coaching, organizational design & labor relations.
8 years (min.) of Human Resources experience, specifically Business Partnering, with an experience to support local teams.
The ability to operate as an agile leader with an understanding and appreciation for country differences.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English is a must.
