• Responsible for budget management, the Human Resources Department&039;s activities ensure efficiency and meet business development needs.
• Planning human resources strategy according to the company&039;s business strategy in the short, mid & long term.
• Organization Development:
Design, update and adjust policies, procedures, regulations on setting up organizational structure (including organizational chart, functions and tasks, job description).
Participating in implementation, advising BOM, BU Head on setting up the company&039;s organizational chart/department in line with the company&039;s business development orientation.
• Recruitment:
Negotiate offers with candidates to ensure the right budget / salary bracket of the company and prepare for Onboarding for candidates on time according to recruitment requirements.
Conduct recruitment interviews according to the correct process to ensure that the candidate&039;s ability is properly assessed according to the recruitment requirements.
Receive recruitment requests from departments, deploy candidate sourcing (external, internal) on all recruitment channels according to plan or search to ensure matching recruitment requirements.
• C&B:
Perform timekeeping, salary calculation, and salary payment for employees accurately and in accordance with regulations.
Implement the setting and annual evaluation of KPIs according to the business development plan to ensure the measurement of the employee&039;s performance.
Establish policies for calculating salary, bonus, benefits and regulations on labor relations (leave, overtime, labor contract management, social insurance, performance management, leave management, disciplinary action...) to ensure compliance with the law.
• Internal Communication:
Brainstorm ideas propose to design images and tools to ensure the transmission of communication messages and attract the attention of employees and the community.
Make an annual communication plan to ensure that the company&039;s information is fully conveyed to employees in a transparent and consistent manner to increase employee engagement with the company.
• Administration:
Plan the planning of workspace, office infrastructure: plan to move office, work with construction and interior design units in accordance with the budget and ensure the schedule.
Establish and manage the process to carry out the provision of services and daily administrative activities to ensure continuous operation in the company.
Manage and ensure the stable operation of security services, sanitation, bonsai, parking and other services (if any).
Plan budget for planned administrative activities, manage and control budget to ensure optimal use of budget.
• Perform other duties as requested by superiors.
• Develop, manage and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
