HR Manager

Training and Development: Identify employee development needs and implement training programs to address those needs.
Overseeing general administrative functions such as office management, facilities, security, transportation, events, work permit
Talent Acquisition: Planning and executing recruitment strategies to attract, select, and hire qualified candidates.
Monitor and develop strategic people development in order company was in healthy talents growth ladder
Performance management: Developing appraisal systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.
Handling employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Managing compensation structures, salary reviews, and benefits administration to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages & follow law.

Good command of English both in speaking and writing
Good leadership, negotiation, decision making.
Degree with discipline in Human Resource Management, Business,
Good communication skills, Teamwork skill
