The HRBP Manager/ HR Manager acts as a strategic partner to the leadership team and business units, driving HR strategies to support the rapid growth of an IT start- up. The role focuses on people strategy, talent acquisition, and learning & development, ensuring the organization scales effectively while maintaining strong employee engagement and culture.
Main responsibilities
Strategic HR & Business Partnering
Develop and implement an HR roadmap aligned with company growth plans (scaling from 100 to 300+ employees).
Partner with CEO, CTO, and functional leaders to translate business goals into HR strategies.
Apply HR Analytics (attrition, workforce planning, talent pipeline analysis) to support data- driven decisions.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Strengthen Employer Branding to position the company as a top IT employer in the market.
Design and execute a Talent Acquisition Pipeline to meet aggressive hiring demands.
Lead & implement recruitment for both technical and non- technical roles (PM, BA, Developers, QC, Architects, Sales, etc.).
Learning & Development (L&D)
Build and implement an L&D framework tailored to fast- growing IT start- up needs (rapid onboarding, project management, leadership development).
Utilize tools such as Competency Frameworks, and DISC assessments to develop employees effectively.
Drive succession planning and career pathing for key talents and leadership pipeline.
Performance Management & Culture
Support leaders in conflict management and employee relations.
Implement KPI/OKR systems customized for each function/team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and innovation while ensuring employee engagement.
Operation
Manage and ensure the working environment, including office management.
Build and develop the HR Dept.

Your Skills and Experience
Proven experience managing HR for organizations with 300+ headcount.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
5–7 years of HR experience, including 3+ years as HRBP Manager/HR Manager in IT/Tech industry.
Strong expertise in:

Learning & Development
International HR certifications (SHRM- CP, CIPD, HRCI) are preferred.
In- depth knowledge of IT labor market trends.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
