Mô tả công việc

Compensation and Benefits:Duplicate checking all information: working days, OT hours, incentives, bonus, deduction, social insurance, PIT, total, net incomes, bank information....Work with Accountant teams to submit Salary documents for approval and bank transfer to personal account: Salary Table, Payment Memo, Bank Statement, Bank Transfer...Follow and solve the matter that occurred during bank transfer: Wrong bank account, refax...Prepare Pay- slip as employee’s request: Pay- slip, fold, classifyResponsible to solve salary matter after payment: employee&039;s question about their salary, calculation...Manage and file hard copies of salary documents, Insurance (Social, Health, Unemployment), PIT, Labor Law. HR management:Generally manage HR team, be responsible for approvals, decisions related to team membersResponsible to build up, improve and propose working process, forms related to recruitment, training, employee data management, candidate evaluation, reports, ….Responsible to share employee company regulations, salary and incentive policies, job description, HR procedures accordingly: training, probation, labor contract, HR policies, promotion, demotion, termination or dismissal…as current labor law and Company regulation.Responsible for storage of personnel documentsReview, revise & develop HR policies and procedures to support the company’s operations & development, to help talent engagement & retention.Partner with Management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business activities.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.2.1. Recruitment:Working with Recruitment Executive, cooperate with other head department for job receiving process.Support and guide for CV searching.Provide expertise and experience in recruitment and human resource management for Project managers, head of department.Propose and implement employee evaluation from level senior above.Propose and control effective recruitment budget monthly, quarterly and yearly.2.1. Administration:Working with Receptionist cum Administration Executive to ensure basic needs for company operationProvide expertise and experience in sourcing and budget managementGenerally manage Warehouse team; follow and solve the matter that occurred during shipments.Propose and control effective operation fee monthly, quarterly and yearly. Organization culture:Develop company culture platform and implement relevant activities to motivate the employee for their better performance.

Yêu cầu công việc


  • Education: Bachelor degree on Human Resource Management, BA, Economy, English…or relevant majors

  • At least 3 years as C&B with knowledge about salary computation related to OT, Shift working; and 5 years with similar positions

  • Having background from Company with multi BUs or in the fields of F&B, Retail, Manufacturing,… is an advantage.

  • Having good knowledge of broad range of HR strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employment relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment. regulations.

  • Fluent English communication as well as excellent writing & reporting skills in English

  • Deeply understanding of Vietnamese Labor Code, Insurance and PIT law.

  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

  • Build good relationships internally & externally.

  • Organization and Strategic thinking.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

  • Team-leadership, persuasiveness, adaptability.

  • A flair for appreciation of workflow processes, systems and internal control.

  • Openness, attention to detail and focus on work, transparency and accountable.

Quyền lợi


  • Salary: Negotiable (up to capability)
