HR Strategy & Leadership
Act as a key advisor in leadership discussions regarding organizational development and structure.
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals and culture.
Provide strategic counsel to management on workforce planning, employee engagement and talent retention.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Regularly review and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company policies.
Build effective partnerships with labor authorities and external agencies.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and workplace communication.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Systems
Manage HR data systems and analytics for headcount, turnover, and performance tracking.
Oversee compensation structure, benefits programs, and payroll coordination to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
Use insights from HR metrics to propose data- driven HR solutions and improvements.
Talent Performance & Development
Analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and development needs across the organization.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by implementing relevant L&D programs aligned with company strategy.
Oversee Learning & Development initiatives to address identified capability gaps, including training needs assessment, learning program design, and effectiveness evaluation.
Provide guidance to managers on performance reviews, feedback, and improvement plans.
Lead and manage the performance management framework to ensure fair and consistent evaluation across teams.
Partner with department heads to set performance standards and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Partner with the Employer Branding and Recruitment teams to strengthen employee experience and internal communication.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, well- being, and retention.
Collaborate cross- functionally to embed company values and culture into daily operations.

Required:
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager (or equivalent role) in an IT outsourcing or service- based company, managing 500- 1,000 employees.
Proven ability to manage C&B, employee relations, performance, and L&D programs effectively.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid understanding of the IT industry’s workforce dynamics and processes.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HR best practices.
Preferred:
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance business needs and people priorities.
Experience in technology or BPO companies.
Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
