Project Manager (Non English required)

Key Responsibilities

Track and report team performance metrics (velocity, sprint progress, etc.)
Work closely with Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog
Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum framework
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand- up, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
Promote collaboration and effective communication within the team
Remove obstacles that impact team productivity
Ensure timely and quality delivery of product increments

Technical & Professional Requirements
Required

Familiar with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
Experience working with cross- functional development teams
Strong problem- solving and conflict- resolution skills

Preferred

Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent)
Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
Experience in software development environment
