Being responsible for reporting directly to the CEO
Developing policies, and regulations and managing human resources- related activities: Timekeeping, salary calculation, leaves, handling Insurance issues, bonuses, annual leaves, recruitment, and personnel decisions, …
Proposing to the board of directors on issues in the field of human resources.
Supervising all activities of the Human Resources department
Monitoring compliance with internal policies and state labor laws.
Assisting in resolving labor relations- related issues.

Well- organized and detail- oriented.
At least 5 years relevant experiences in manufacturing companies (Garment industry is preferred)
Responsible to lead and manage all HR responsibilities of the factory
Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management accounting or related field
Be fluent in English skills.
Leadership ability to motivate the team- mates and a team player.
Inter- personal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Corporate policies, focusing on HR policies, C&B, Performance Appraisal System
Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & CSR
