Balance the manpower of company due to control turnover rate and resource development- - > consult to BOD to find the solution of recruitment
Solving daily issue
Monitoring and saving admin cost (stationery, meal, transportation,...)
Follow and monitor all processes of social compliance by customer standard and local law.
Consult to BOD to solve all case of labour conflict.
Security control
Monitor the monthly attendance, payroll process, payroll program, update salary, renew contract
Review and consult to BOD about company policy / wage scale following new updating from Government- - > regular check and updating of law to update the company policy.
Following the corrective action plan to close issues.
Foreigner supporting (visa, work permit, resident card, apartment arrangement).
Monitor and update all the process of HR department- - > to ensure that all HR procedures are run correctly; review and update the process if necessary.
Solve discipline of employee.
Monitor and tracking all admin processes (company processes and government processes) are implemented and done

Solve the problem and take action for improved.
Coordinate with government agencies and local authorities to perform any action to achieve the goal.
Co- ordinate with any concern to discussion to higher performance and keep the TAKT Time.
English communication

Salary: negotiation
Annual leave: 14 days
