Hr Officer

Support in recruitment process (creation of job description, selection of candidates, conducting interviews) whenever required
Prepare HR reports (headcount, attendance...).
Prepare and conduct comprehensive presentations/ trainings of relevant rules and regulations for the employees.
Identify training needs and elaborate suitable training plans for various positions.
Manage employee database in SAP.
Handle all relevant HR- administration duties including contract management, attendance records, payment of salaries.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position; ideally in a production- based company
Knowledge of Vietnam labor law
Experience in salary, social insurance, PIT
University Degree in human management, economics, psychology, legal matters or equivalent
Advanced computer skills (MS Office); experience with SAP is an advantage
Excellent English skills in speaking and writing
