HR Officer

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our team at Keyhinge Toys Vietnam.
Fluency in English communication and reading/writing (emails, records, and documentation) is essential.
Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and preparing new employee documentation.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Track and monitor the health check process for workers/staff/foreign consultants.
Handle hotel booking, arrange dormitory and company car based on expert’s requirements.
In charge of related issues to foreign consultants (work permit card, visa, temporary residence...)
Track and prepare related documents to maintenance equipment/ elevator... to make sure the factory operation is smooth.
Issue and submit periodic reports to Government Departments.

Language
Knowledge of Chinese is valued, but not compulsory.
Must be fluent in English and comfortable with English communication. Listening skills, and writing/reading skills are essential.
Work Experience
Qualifications:

2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Officer or similar position
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Candidates from other fields are also welcome to apply.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Meal, petrol and house rental allowance for out- of- city staff, allowances for birthday, holidays, New Year, and hospitality according to law.
Salary range 7M- 15M VND, negotiable according to ability.
Social insurance engagement, Annual leave policy according to law.
