JOB PURPOSE:
- HR Officer will support HR Business Partner in all HR functions: talent acquisition; employee relations; policy interpretation and application; who also mainly spend 60% of your time to find the best suitable talents for the vacancies of in- charge functions.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
RECRUITMENT
- Consult hiring manager on selecting the right person for the right position at assigned level(s) in geographical area(s) of in- charged functions.
- Analyse & verify recruitment requirement with Hiring Manager.
- Handle the recruitment process: posting job & screening applications; searching candidates; short- list on phone; arrange interview; interviewing.
ON- BOARDING
- Welcome newcomer, collect employee profile, scanning, filling and send to factory.
- Catch up sometimes & support timely.
- Follow up Probation & prepare Labor contract.
- Prepare salary proposal & offer/probation contract.
- Prepare relevant things (inform other depts, prepare announcement, input in HRIS, arrange on- boarding program for newcomer).
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS/C&B
- Solve discipline case if any.
- Renew labor contract process (tracking, send Line Manager email, follow up, prepare/print contract, get signatures from GD & Employee).
- Update and Support Employee if they meet any problems with HRIS (BIPO, MyFeed).
- Resignation process: receive letter, exit interview, update system, inform the relevant depts.
- Welfare (giving birth, wedding, funeral, …) for Employee (update situation, ask document & prepare payment).
- Benefits standardization.
- Welcome, listen sharing from Employee whenever they need and find the way to support them solve their problems.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT
- Support L&D relevant activities.
- Find out training need and input for HRBP.
OTHER
- HR initiatives/Projects.
- Manage other administrative tasks at the factory including kitchen, office and security.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
RESULTS:
- Ensure the most proper implementation of the policies, procedures.
- Recruit on time in full for assigned functions.
- Ensure new employee to be supported and get well with team & company.
- OD activities are well organized.
- Take part in actively and complete the task as assigned well.
