• Employee lifecycle management (labor contract management, employee transfer, promotion/ demotion, salary adjustment, etc)
• Monitor labor and income tax policy and legislation and recommend ways to maintain compliance of the compensation policy and procedures; Submit monthly manpower report or other relevant reports whenever required, program and actions
• ISO related to HR
• Assist HR Manager for the Business- related projects in accordance with Corporate Goals, develop solutions and implement measures.
• Other HR tasks and projects assigned by Manager
• Be responsible training plan and implementation, talent development, set up training schedule on Global system
• Be responsible for recruitment including recruitment resources available, search for the candidates and arrange interview with the candidates.
* Attractive salary: up to 1000$

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource full- functions and at least 3 years in Human Resource Management.
- University degree in comparable professional HR qualification.
- Personal characteristics & behaviors

+ Be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
