• Other relevant assignments by superior.
• Providing recruitment reports to managers.
• Completing paperwork for new hires.
• Keeping up- to- date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, and social media.
• Managing internship programs.
• Collaborating with department managers to prepare job description.
• Coop with hiring needs and developing recruitment plan.
• Verify applicant’s knowledge, skills, and experience to suit open positions.
• Screening applications and conducting 1st interviews to filter potential applicants to send to next stage.
• Conducting activities for employer branding.

• Good internet user and social media player.
• Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, hospitality or related field.
• Great understanding of employment legislation and labor laws.
