Job Summary
HR Senior Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive support across key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee experience, HR operations, and office administration. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth organizational processes, fostering a positive work environment, and aligning HR practices with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Focusing on recruitment for both new and replacement positions, ensuring alignment with workforce planning.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
Support initiatives related to employer branding and candidate experience.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, probation tracking, and offboarding.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Facilitate internal communication through regular updates and announcements.
Act as a primary contact for employee matters, providing timely and effective support on HR- related issues.
Monitor employee feedback and contribute to initiatives that enhance satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate employee engagement activities to strengthen team connection and workplace culture.
HR Operations
Take primary responsibility for HR data management and reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Oversee core HR processes such as compensation, benefits, and policy implementation.
Maintain and update salary structures, allowances, and conduct market benchmarking when needed.
Tracking of contract expiration timelines and ensure timely execution of renewal or re- signing procedures.
Ensure alignment with internal policies and labor regulations.
Office Administration
Ensure the office environment is well- maintained and supports employee productivity.
Liaise with relevant departments to support administrative needs and operational efficiency.
Manage general office operations including vendor coordination, invoice processing, and travel arrangements.
