HR Specialist

Our products on iOS App Store and Android include Camera Translator: Translate+, Face Story- AI Photo Editor, and TV Cast & Screen Mirroring. Responsibilities:

60% of the workload will be dedicated to Recruitment, which involves managing the recruitment process for Back Office position:

Manage recruitment assignments across non- technical fields (User Acquisition, Ad Monetization, Designer, Back Office,..), including strategy development and execution of targeted recruitment campaigns.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings. Propose new method/tool to verify candidate qualification
Ongoing management of candidate information and the recruitment process on the internal recruitment system
Build network via Linked in, Facebook, organize/attend job fairs and recruitment events to attract more candidate from different source and branding our company
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

40% of the workload will involve HR tasks, including:

Assisting the HR Manager with other assignments as required.
Researching and proposing new activities/channels that helps to enhance employer branding and internal connection (aligned with core values)
Being responsible for Internal Events Creating, from ideas proposal to organizing

Job requirement:

1- 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition (experienced in mobile app/game studio is preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
Sociable proactive, hardworking and fast- learning ability
Used to lead and manage and organize end to end event (Students events; company events)
Detail & responsible with the objective
Good at Microsoft Word/ Excel.
