Compensation & Benefits Administration:
Manage the labor contract, employee profile, reward record, disciplinary record, termination record, etc.
PIT Management (included but not limited to) complete monthly PIT declaration report to Tax Dept; perform PIT finalization on yearly basis.
Career Path and Succession Planning: Design career paths and succession plans, supporting employee growth and readiness for strategic roles.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to drive digital transformation within the HR department. Establish proficiency HRM system and reporting to guide managers and employee
Complete periodic HR reports (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly) as required by HRM.
Accurately process monthly payroll in payroll software system. Collaborate with IT to resolve system issues. Implement necessary upgrades and improvements.
HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company culture and talent strategy, enhancing benefits to attract and retain talent.
Social, Health, and Unemployment insurances (included but not limited to): full cycle from registration for new employees to closing for leavers.
Management Training and Development: Organize training programs to build management skills and strengthen leadership capabilities.
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, manage employee records, and ensure compliance with labor and insurance policies.
Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and company policies.
HR Performance Analysis: Evaluate and analyze HR metrics, employee performance, and potential to drive long- term development initiatives.
Requirements
Effective communication and teamwork skills; English proficiency is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance, and relevant regulations (PIT, Social Insurance).
At least 3 years of experience C&B
Good analytical and reporting skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
