HR Specialist (Good in English or Chinese)

- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, campus recruitment, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Review and revise HR policies and procedures to reflect updated legal requirements and company practices.
- Manage monthly payroll processing.
- Other HR duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Maintain accurate and up- to- date employee records.
- Collaborate with management team to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Facilitate yearly performance appraisal.

- At least 2 years of experience in campus recruitment or related HR roles.
- Ability to represent the company professionally at recruitment events.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good in English or Chinese.
- Detail- oriented, well- organized and able to multi- task in a fast- paced environment
