HR Supervisor

* Talent Acquisition:
Consult with organization leaders to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant positions.
Responsible for job posting on job board platforms.
Host and participate in job fairs to connect with potential candidates.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites; providing organization information opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
Collect and analyze data to maintain a current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries and ensures compliance with applicable.
Analyze candidates through phone screenings, verify experience and credentials, and forward qualified applications to the hiring manager.
Schedules applicant interviews as directed by the hiring manager.
Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process.
Follows up with hiring managers after the interview to determine whether a placement can be made, collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
* Expat Assistant:
Support expat (level director) with issues related to work and residence: visa, passports, work permits, resident card, moving, housing, ...
Handle procedures related to car, rented houses for expats.

Bachelor’s degree in business
r equivalent.
> 5 years of relevant work experience in the manufacturing field.
Strong organization and prioritization skills.
Strong influencing skills, ability to form relationships at all levels in the organization.
Great personality with high integrity and work ethics.
Good communication in English.
Proficient with MS Office.
