Recruitment:
- Expand recruitment channels to build and diversify the candidate pool.
- Manage the end- to- end recruitment cycle, including: aggregating hiring needs, sourcing resumes, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, evaluating candidates, issuing offer letters, and ensuring all vacancies are filled on schedule.
- Establish recruitment processes and develop hiring plans.
- Develop a comprehensive system of Job Descriptions (JDs) for all positions.
Salary/Bonus:
- Prepare personnel cost reports and reconcile with budgets to ensure effective use
- Check and control salary payments for employees contracted with 3rd parties (DSR)
- Company Labor costs management
- Evaluate job positions based on performance and capability to make appropriate adjustments to the salary framework and employee’s performance
- Participate in building salary scales, salary frameworks, and job position system
- Sales incentive calculation
- Develop incentive scheme according to the company’s business development requirements or different regions to attract and retain talent
Organizational Development:
- Collaborate with management levels to assess the effectiveness of areas and propose related personnel adjustments/transfers (increase or decrease in numbers as appropriate).
- Perform organizational development tasks: assess the current team, build a succession team, and carry out necessary activities
- Manage the number of staff between actual and headcount plan.
- Announce organizational updates
Employee Engagement Activities:
- Contribute ideas and support employee engagement activities
- Participate in activities with the sales team during regional meetings
Processes and Policies documentation:
- Draft and update work processes between HR, Sales, 3rd parties paying salaries for Sales employees, and related departments (onboarding, termination, etc.).
- Draft other processes/policies as required by Line manager
- Draft regulations related to admin và business trip policy
- Draft regulations related to Sales
Admin
- To manage and guide all the activities of the Administration for serving the activities of the company
- To prepare & control legal documents for expat (Contract, Work Permit, Visa, residence….).
- To ensure the operation of the office effectively, timely supporting employees and departments
- To check travelling request and manage office expense
- To ensure all employees of the company always comply with the rules and regulations
