Summary
We are looking for a hands- on HR Team Leader to support the execution and continuous improvement of Citics’ people, performance, and HR operations as the company scales into a multi- entity proptech–fintech ecosystem.
This role focuses on operational excellence, system execution, and team coordination, working closely with the HRM to ensure HR frameworks are implemented consistently, data is reliable, and people processes enable high performance across business units.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Execution
Execute and maintain core HR operations including employee lifecycle management, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, insurance, and compliance.
Ensure HR data accuracy, documentation, and reporting in alignment with internal standards and labor regulations.
Act as the first escalation point for daily HR operational issues and employee inquiries.
Performance & People Systems Support
Support the implementation and administration of the Performance Management System (OKRs, KPIs) across departments.
Coordinate performance review cycles, data consolidation, and reporting.
Work with line managers to ensure performance processes are applied consistently and on schedule.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Lead day- to- day recruitment execution: workforce requests, job postings, screening, interviews coordination, and offer processes.
Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration and early productivity for new hires.
Partner with hiring managers to ensure hiring quality, speed, and alignment with manpower plans defined by HRM.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Admin
Coordinate payroll data, insurance, PIT, and related HR administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain HR trackers, dashboards, and reports to support HRM’s decision- making.
Support the administration of Compensation & Benefits policies, salary reviews, incentives, and employee benefits programs.
Culture, Engagement & Internal Coordination
Support office administration and workplace operations to ensure a professional, compliant, and positive working environment.
Coordinate with Internal Communications / Culture teams on engagement activities and internal programs.
Support the implementation of company culture initiatives aligned with Citics’ core values: Innovation, Ownership, Transparency.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a bridge between employees, line managers, and HRM to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
Proactively flag risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities to HRM.
Guide and supervise HR executives/officers within the HR team (if applicable).
