Coordinate the preparation of employee benefits and logistics, such as uniforms, name tags, birthday gifts, or tracking welfare initiatives.
Assist in posting job openings across various channels, including social media, local job boards, and hospitality networks (especially for operational roles like Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, Kitchen, etc.).
Actively participate in organizing staff engagement activities, including Team Building events, Associate Appreciation Weeks, monthly birthday parties, and community/environmental sustainability initiatives (such as beach cleanups or CSR programs).

Skills: Strong communication, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Good at English (both written and spoken).
Final- year students or fresher in Human Resources Management, Hospitality/Tourism Management, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or related fields.
Availability: Able to commit to a full- time internship for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
Energetic, positive in Learning.
