HRIS Specialist

HRIS Service Delivery (85%)

Provide day- to- day HR System support to answer incoming requests and aim for the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Prepare and process HR service requests actions as needed in a timely manner, ensure data integrity, and follow up as necessary to assure completion of actions
Maintain data dictionary definitions, documentation and support guides.
Support to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve system/data issues through Servicenow Tickets.

Others (15%)

Provide administrative support to the HRIS team as appropriate with a variety of administrative tasks and assignments.
Produce reports and handle assigned tasks.
Support HR projects related to HRIS

Experience interacting effectively and diplomatically with others and establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships within a diverse environment.
Ability to engage and interact with customers; Customer focus.
1- 2 years of experience in HRIS management and providing a broad range of customer- focused HRIS services.
Strong Problem- solving, analytical, Decision Making, and judgment skills.
Strong English communication skills.
Fundamental computer skills using various technology tools and applications such as HR Information Systems, case management systems, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of ServiceNow, Workday, …
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and Prioritization skill.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to produce high- quality work (documents, reports, correspondence) that is concise, logical, and grammatically correct.
