HSE Engineer - Oil & Gas Industry

Assist HSE Leader/Senior Environmental Specialist on the GHG emission inventory & mitigation plan.
Gather HSE performance data and generate the HSE performance report for internal use and external reporting to stakeholders, including local authorities.
Responsible for ensuring appropriate tracking and evaluation of HSE compliance assurance activities and information.
Record, document, and publish meeting minutes.
Progress AFE PO for HSE- related activities, including contract establishment in agreement with the procurement team.
Prepare the HSE documents for development and appraisal activities, e.g., SV perforation, SVS appraisal drilling, etc.
Monitor HSE performance indicators (KPIs) and produce internal and external reports as necessary.
Develop and maintain HSE inventory system, including filing and monitoring of training matrix and refresher training.
Coordinate the internal and external and Contractors HSE audits hosted by IGPV, including notification, logistics, etc.
Liaise with other departments (Operations, Drilling, BU, etc.) to ensure timely preparation of reports required by HSE.

Hold a degree or equivalent in environmental science, natural resource management, engineering, or a related field from a recognized university.
Fluent in English.
Proficient in both oral and written communication in English, enabling the delivery of information to support team or workgroup activities.
Familiarity with state and local safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations applicable to offshore oil and gas operations.
Capable of analyzing and synthesizing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative SHE data and information.
Skilled in collaborating effectively as a team member in a diverse, interdisciplinary, and multicultural team.
3- 5 years of experience, especially in Oil & Gas industry
