The role is to set- out and ensure all the required HSE matters to be applied; maintained and complied within the organization also to the external stakeholder including but not limited to our clients; subcontractor(s) etc.
The HSE Manager will report to the Head of Technical, while collaborate with the all- team members on multiple levels. Scope of work including but not limited to:
Conducting the training and ensure all the team- members are up to date with the latest industrial standards
Acting as the point of contact and communicating to all the key stakeholders as required.
Develops, records and reviews near miss, non- compliance issues or accident statistical reports to focus efforts on injury trends and corrective actions at project sites.
Analyzes factors that may create injuries, accidents, accident conditions and enable investigation report.
Preparing and updating the HSE standards, safety policies
Supporting site team assessing the capability and the performance of the subcontractor(s) for all the site- activities.
Identifies potential high risk accident situations and directs various subcontractors in the implementation of risk control and avoidance strategies.
Monitoring the workplace health and safety performance of the various EPC Contractors and the company across the sites to ensure standards are met and processes adjusted when appropriate
Assisting the operational team to keep track of the key KPIs of HSE Department
Overseeing development of, implementation of, and compliance with, company policies, management plans and manuals from a technical perspective
Must- have
Knowledge in Solar system is a plus.
Fluent in English; High attention to detail
Excellent PC skills required.

Experience reading, understanding, and interpreting drawings, specifications, scopes of work and Method statements.
Experienced in HSE sector (minimum 3 years in the industries)
Disciplined and excellent organizational skills
Understanding not only local but international safety regulations, licenses etc
Good to have (not essential)
Understanding of local licenses, regulations and feasibility study requirements
Knowledge of Vietnam solar policy and history of engaging with MOIT and EVN
Experience with an Asia based EPC or Solar company
Knowledge of Solar EPC and PPA contracts
