Develop, review, and update HSE procedures, regulations, guidelines, and workflows to ensure compliance with legal requirements, international standards, and internal policies.
Maintain the implementation of HSE management systems according to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.

Conduct site inspections to ensure departments comply with the company’s safety and environmental requirements.

Regularly monitor and update new legal regulations on occupational safety, fire prevention and fighting, and environmental protection. Based on updated content, periodically assess the company’s and departments’ compliance.

Kiểm định các thiết bị có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn.
Thực hiện và lưu trữ các chứng từ rác thải và hồ sơ môi trường theo quy định của pháp luật.
Implement and maintain waste documentation and environmental records in accordance with legal requirements.
Thực hiện các báo cáo liên quan đến ATVSLĐ, môi trường và nộp cho cơ quan nhà nước đúng kỳ hạn.
Coordinate the inspection and certification of equipment requiring strict safety compliance.
Tổ chức huấn luyện về ATVSLĐ, diễn tập ứng phó sự cố trong nhà máy (sự cố cháy nổ, sự cố hóa chất, sự cố môi trường,...)
Quản lý kho rác thải tại nhà máy, định kỳ lên kế hoạch vệ sinh và liên lạc với đơn vị chức năng để thu gom rác thải.
Manage the factory waste storage area, schedule regular cleaning, and coordinate with licensed waste collection units.
Prepare and submit OH&S, environment- related reports to government authorities on time.
Organize OH&S training sessions and emergency response drills at the factory (fire and explosion, chemical incidents, environmental incidents, etc.).
Tham gia đánh giá, kiểm soát yếu tố nguy hại tại nơi làm việc, đề xuất biện pháp cải thiện điều kiện lao động.
Participate in assessing and controlling workplace hazards and propose measures to improve working conditions.

Work with regulatory authorities and provide OH&S consultancy to departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Chuẩn bị hồ sơ, phối hợp phục vụ các cuộc đánh giá nội bộ và đánh giá bên ngoài liên quan đến hệ thống quản lý HSE, báo cáo liên quan đến CSR và ESG.
Làm việc với các cơ quan chức năng, tư vấn ATVSLĐ cho các bộ phận trong nhà máy để đảm bảo sự tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật.
Tổ chức các khóa đào tạo & nhận thức về HSE.
Organize HSE training and awareness programs.
Prepare documentation and coordinate internal and external audits related to HSE management systems and CSR, ESG reporting.
