Human Resource Business Partner (Regional)

Managing recruitment administration e.g. job postings, candidate movement etc;
Manages end-to-end recruitment process from Sourcing to Interviewing to Evaluations to Offer, ensuring candidate quantity and quality;
Design fit strategy and planning that align with business objective. Understanding management and employees issues with active listening and share back to Regional to work on solutions.
Maintain accurate candidate records and data management in the relevant systems. Involved in and support on projects that work on the continuous improvement of processes and systems;
Key stakeholder management - ensure a solid cadence of communications and provide a high touch level of partnership with hiring managers. This includes with candidates as well to ensure positive candidate experience;

Business acumen - Good understanding of roles, hiring market and business strategy;
Degree graduate;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Strong rapport building skills & communication skills;
Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and basic knowledge of recruitment strategy;
At least 2 years of agency/in-house recruitment experience;
Detail-oriented and organized.
