Mô tả công việc

• Strategic HR Management:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
- Build and lead a high- performing HR team capable of delivering exceptional results.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform decision- making.
- Lead the development and implementation of effective HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with company values and legal requirements.
- Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive human resources strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Provide expert HR advice and counsel to senior management on a wide range of HR issues, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and compliance.
• Developing a corporate culture
- Participate in the development and orientation of corporate culture.
- Foster a culture of employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Learning & Development:
- Work with the HR team to develop employee training plans to meet the department and company&039;s training objectives.
- Research, develop, and manage training programs, career counseling, and human resource development.
• Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
• Legal and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure and improve legal compliance in human resource management.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Language: Proficiency in English.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in the Logistics industry.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Director or Specialist role in a company with 300 or more employees.

Knowledge:

HR Systems: In- depth knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Labor Law: Comprehensive knowledge of labor law.
Preferred: Candidates with knowledge or experience in developing KPIs, OKRs, BSCs, 3Ps...

Gender:

Preferred: Male candidates.

Skills:

Planning: Strong planning and goal- setting skills.
Communication: Excellent communication, analysis, and problem- solving skills.
Decision- making: Ability to make quick and sound decisions.
Teamwork: Strong teamwork, organization, and time management skills.
Management: Clear, systematic, and logical management skills.
