Job Description
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop HR strategies and workforce plans aligned with the company’s business goals.
- Design organizational structures and enhance employee experiences effectively and cohesively.
Policies and Processes:
- Develop, review, update, and oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage and execute HR operations efficiently, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, social insurance, labor relations, and training.
Performance and Talent Management
- Manage performance effectiveness, develop talent, and implement suitable talent acquisition strategies.
- Develop and implement employee benefits programs in alignment with approved directions.
HR Operations and Data Management:
- Manage the HR information system to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
- Develop data management tools and provide effective analytical reports.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to build and enhance automated data management systems.
Administrative Management:
- Coordinate periodic asset inventories, reconcile with accounting records, and propose liquidation or resolution post- inventory.
- Oversee office operations, including renovations, repairs, workspace arrangements, safety, and fire prevention.
- Manage administrative assets and company- provided housing: receiving, allocation, transfer, maintenance, and tracking insurance coverage.
Budgeting and Risk Control:
- Collaborate with other departments to control HR costs, optimize efficiency, and mitigate risks.
- Participate in HR budget planning aligned with business strategies.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Law, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role (HR Manager or HR Director) at manufacturing companies with over 500 employees and annual revenue of at least 500 billion VND.
Knowledge and Professional Skills:
- Strong expertise in HR and administrative management, along with modern management tools and analytical methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of labor policies, laws, and relevant regulations.
Leadership Skills:
- Proven ability to lead and manage HR and Administrative operations effectively, aligning strategies with company growth objectives.
Language Skills:
- Proficiency in English communication.
