FUNDAMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Open advertisements for personnel recruitment, search for candidates, make preliminary interviews with suitable candidates and have them meet with the relevant department managers.
• Creating personnel personal files, being responsible for keeping them up- to- date.
• To follow the entry and exit times of the personnel and their absences, to report them to the relevant managers.
• To follow up on the health of personnel, to organize periodic examinations and to make agreements with hospitals.
• To make the necessary follow- up on the leaves of the personnel.
• To prepare and organize a training plan.
• To organize the disciplinary punishment processes of the personnel.
• Conducting the operational processes of the personnel quitting the job and making notifications,
• Preparing announcements and informing the staff.
• Checking the Suggestion Boxes (e.g “Seni Dinliyoruz” – “We listen to you” in Turkey plant), if there are suggestions conveyed, to inform the relevant authorities for action, to inform the suggestion owners about the results of the actions taken
• Sharing petitions from staff and worker representatives with senior management for action.
• Providing the needs of the employees such as e- mail, computer, mobile phone and making them ready for use.
• To arrange the agreements, organization and necessary arrangements of personnel services and to organize daily shift and overtime services.
• To organize daily meals for the staff who are in shifts and working overtime.
• Ensuring that the bulletin board is kept up- to- date and organized.
• Performing operational procedures such as private health insurance, SSI, automatic participation BES during the recruitment and leaving of the personnel.
• Preparing overtime work lists, payroll details and payroll.
• Negotiating with companies to recruit subcontractor cleaning staff, making agreements, distributing and assigning the staff.
• Providing subcontracted cleaning personnel when needed.
• Following up personnel cases with the company lawyer.
• Identifying, ordering and distributing the personnel&039;s work clothes and work shoes needs.
• Organizing, announcing and organizing staff motivation meetings.
• To organize social activities.
• Fulfilling the responsibilities required by the company regarding the Quality and FSC CoC Management System.
• In case of need and with the decision of the manager, to perform the works deemed appropriate in his department or other departments within the framework of her/his own skills.
These duties and responsibilities should be done on the condition that they do not offend the personal and professional status of the person.
